Welcome to Supreme Clean LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, including requesting quotes, scheduling cleanings, and receiving SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

When you schedule service with Supreme Clean LLC, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain a safe, accessible, and respectful environment for our technicians
  • Follow any pre-service instructions provided (e.g., securing pets, clearing clutter)
  • Pay all fees associated with services in a timely manner

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion for any unsafe or unsanitary conditions, misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via email and/or SMS. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Missed Appointments: Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Recurring Services: If you are on a recurring schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), your spot is reserved for you. Missed cleanings may result in forfeiting your preferred time slot.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on the type of service, square footage, number of rooms, and other factors. You will be provided a quote before service is rendered.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized payment processors.

We reserve the right to adjust rates due to home condition, additional labor required, or changes in service scope.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover services that were declined or obstructed by the client.

5. SMS Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from Supreme Clean LLC for:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Service updates
  • Promotional offers
  • Customer satisfaction follow-ups

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support.

We will never share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Liability & Limitations

Supreme Clean LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed before service
  • Inaccessible or unsafe areas
  • Lost or misplaced items not properly secured prior to service

We recommend putting away valuables, personal documents, and fragile items before each cleaning.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful or harmful purposes. All content on this site is the property of Supreme Clean LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the updated terms.
