We understand that it can be difficult to be home during your scheduled cleaning appointment, so at Supreme Clean, we offer the convenience of not requiring your presence. However, we do need access to your home to perform our cleaning service.

To avoid any potential lockout fees, we offer a complimentary lockbox service in which we can place a lockbox on your property with your house key inside. Only the technician assigned to clean your home will have access to the code to unlock it. Alternatively, you can leave a key for us in a safe location of your choosing. Rest assured that we take the safety and security of your home and belongings seriously, and we will handle your key with care and confidentiality.

If you have any questions or concerns about leaving a key or using a lockbox, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are happy to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs and gives you peace of mind.

At Supreme Clean, we understand that unexpected events can sometimes cause changes to your cleaning schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment and would like to avoid a cancelation fee, we kindly request at least 2 business days' notice, if possible, to allow us to adjust our schedule accordingly.

We value your time and understand that things can come up unexpectedly, so we will do our best to work with you to find a solution that is convenient for both of us. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation and rescheduling policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Supreme Clean offers the ease of paying for your cleaning services by having your credit card on file with us, and we do not accept any physical forms of payment such as cash or check. Invoicing is completed each day after service has been rendered, and your credit card will be charged automatically. We believe this is the most secure and hassle-free payment option for our customers, but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about payment options.

At Supreme Clean, we take the safety and security of your home and belongings very seriously. We perform background checks on all of our employees before they are hired, and we do everything we can to ensure that your property is protected while we're in your home. In the unlikely event that you believe one of our employees has taken something from your home, we do offer a bond that will cover the loss if the police investigation results in the arrest and conviction of our employee.

We also carry general liability insurance that will cover any damages to your property that are in excess of $500. For damages under $500, we will credit your account for the cost of the damage after our investigation is complete and it is determined that our employee was negligent. We want you to have peace of mind knowing that you are protected when you choose Supreme Clean for your cleaning needs.
